welcome to our insanity

Three cats. Two humans. One dog. Endless chaos.

My husband and I recently combined households. His dog and my cats. A Brady Bunch menagerie of sorts. (Minus Alice. We replaced her with a Roomba.)

Our mission: get the little weasels to stop making terrible noises at each other. To this end, we have spent the past year catifying every room to boost the kitties’ confidence and make them less scary to the very sweet, but also very anxious, dog.

We have focused on things that won’t break the bank or uglify the house, and wanted to share our findings with others. Have a look at the links below and let us know what you and your animals think. Ours tend to look at us with apparent contempt (cats) or bewilderment (dog), so we’re not quite sure what they’re thinking.
